We serve hotels, restaurants, pubs, serviced accommodation, event venues, golf clubs, schools and colleges across Berkshire and surrounding counties. Long-term hire customers receive dedicated, individually labelled stock that is never pooled or shared. We also offer commercial laundering for customer-owned linen and casual table linen hire for events.
Based in Newbury, our own delivery fleet provides regular collection and delivery throughout Berkshire and Oxfordshire, plus parts of Hampshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and Gloucestershire, including the New Forest and Cotswolds.

Our long-term commercial linen hire service provides your business with its own dedicated stock of professionally laundered linen, individually labelled and reserved exclusively for your use. We offer a wide range of bed linen, towels, table linen, napkins, kitchen linen and chefswear, with different qualities, sizes, styles and colours available to suit your business.
We work with you to establish the right stock holding based on your average weekly requirements and can offer different contract options depending on whether you prefer seasonal flexibility or a fixed, predictable weekly cost. Long-term linen hire contracts start from £100 per week, with regular collection and delivery included.

Our casual linen hire service provides table linen and napkins for weddings, corporate events, parties and special occasions, without the need for a long-term contract. We hold a substantial stock of table linen available for seven-day hire, with a range of sizes and styles to suit different venues and table settings. Table linen is available in classic white, ivory and black, with a selection of coloured napkins also available.
Linen can be collected directly from our Newbury laundry, or delivery and collection can be arranged depending on your location and order size.
Find out moreAlready own your linen? Our commercial launder-only service allows you to outsource your laundry, helping to reduce the time, labour and costs involved in laundering linen in-house. Your linen is individually labelled to your business and professionally washed, dried and finished as appropriate. Every item is quality checked before being neatly packed and returned to you.
We offer a regular weekly collection and delivery service for businesses meeting our £100 plus VAT minimum weekly spend, while smaller local businesses can drop their linen directly to our Newbury laundry for processing and collection.
